Jamaican Sarsaparilla Root

Packaging and shipping was excellent. Having instruction on how to use herb was very helpful. First time using Sarsaparilla, first thing I noticed is my energy level has increased and swelling in my one knee has gone down. Having noticed any changes in my fasting glucose yet. Not sure how much is needed per day to effect diabetes. It is a little difficult to pinch the same amount for a consistent strength. So far very happy and will continue to use.

Herb is quality and fully dried. It’s a must have to increase iron levels in the body.

Love the tea, I feel great and it is really helping my skin!

Its blood cleansing properties are strong, with a pleasantly mild action and flavor. I like combining it with other herbs and roots.
