    Excited to have found JAHN Herbs

    As a of West Indian descent, and new to the LA area, it is extremely hard to find those holistic items that are culturally relevant to me. So of course, I must shop online to find things like sea moss.
    Happily I placed an order and excitedly awaited its arrival. Though it was delayed and after about one month it simply did not arrive. However, track proclaimed it delivered. After reaching out to customer service a couple times without resolution just a message acknowledging the issue, I still did not have my product. Reached out a third time and the Owner responded. 😃 Promised to rectify the situation promptly and that she did. I appreciate the sense of urgency and customer service albeit the wait. The final resolution made up for any disdain before delivery. Jamaican sea moss to the rescue! Thanks again!
