Anamu and Guinea Hen weed are the same thing. Anamu is the Spanish word / name of Guinea Hen Weed. The different islands in the Caribbean also have different names for this same plant. Guinea Hen Weed has a strong, garlic-ish smell. It grows in other Caribbean nations but Jamaica has been proved to have the most potent.
